芦荟、金刚钻、仙人掌,算是我们村里比较受欢迎的植物,不仅可以作为篱笆保护庄稼,且不需要费心照顾,还可以作为食材端上餐桌!这些一定是大家平时很少接触的菜式,会有一点奇奇怪怪,不过我们日常也都真的会做来吃~村里老人总说有些特殊作用,我半信半疑,总之好吃就行! 有些东西在不同的年纪名字还不一样,像它,年轻的时候叫毛豆,老了叫黄豆,这颗小小的黄豆,可以磨成豆浆喝,也可以做豆腐脑,豆花,豆腐,豆干,臭豆腐等不同形态的食物。 豆干的制作是在豆腐的基础上再施加压力,压到几乎没有水份了就行,这次做了两个味道的豆干,剩下的卤制后烟熏半干储存,也是另一份美味~ ※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. Some ingredients have different name when growing up. Take soybeans for example. We call them edamame when they are "young" and tender, but soybeans when they are "old" and ripe. Soybeans can be grinded to make soybean milk, or made into various foods such as tofu jelly, tofu pudding, tofu, dried tofu, stinky tofu, etc. To make dried tofu, just press harder than that of making tofu, until most of the juice has been extracted. I made two flavors of dried tofu.
