Aetas Romana is Latin and means "the age of Rome". With this song I tried to create something that takes me back to the time in which Rome was at its peak and stretched from Britannia to Syria over snow-covered plains to scorching deserts. The song itself is not like Illyricum, which was meant to be as traditional as possible. In this song I chose a composing style closer to movie scores, which gives much more room for dramatics and feelings of awe and mystery. The first 4min are actually a different scale than most of the later parts, it starts with an Arabian scale and then transitions into Aeolian minor which is a classic European scale. So in a sense it can be seen as if you'd travel from the East into the centre of the Roman Empire as the song progresses. All music composed and arranged by Adrian von Ziegler. The artwork was created by this great artist: 🤍 © All audio material is copyrighted by Adrian von Ziegler.

1 hour of Roman ambience 🎧 | Wear headphones for the optimal experience! 📍Reflection is powerful, it is a path to self-knowledge, as it allows you to make decisions consciously, better understand the lessons left by experiences, determine what can be improved and recognize your strengths. 💚 | Ad-free, early and exclusive content: 🤍 🌱 | Benefits of Reflection: 🔸Formation of opinion in a conscious way, without being carried away by the ideas of third parties in an automatic way; 🔸 Opportunity to rethink attitudes and improve them; 🔸 Recognize mistakes and find ways to fix them; 🔸If you know and understand how your emotions affect your behavior; 🔸Set goals to accomplish your goals. 📜 | Keep Reflecting Deeply With This Playlist: ► 🤍 ◽Tips for having a good reflection: 1 – BOOK A TIME FOR YOURSELF Reflection time should be a moment of your own, where you can connect with your thoughts without being interrupted. You can associate it with a prayer, a ritual, having a relaxing tea, lighting an incense, getting ready to sleep, whatever you prefer, the important thing is that it is your moment, in which you can concentrate on yourself with peace of mind. 2 – QUESTION YOURSELF AND SEEK ANSWERS WITHIN YOURSELF Have you ever stopped to question yourself because of the choices you make? Know that doing this exercise can be very positive and help you make sure what you really want for your life. Taking advantage of this moment of reflection for this will allow you to separate your true desires from the impositions of third parties and the desire to please and be accepted. Remembering that this should always be done naturally, without putting yourself as inferior or incapable of making decisions. 3 – REMEMBER THE THINGS YOU FELT GRATEFUL FOR An essential part of daily reflection involves thanking God, the universe, or whatever makes sense to you so that you recognize how many good things happened in your day and appreciate them. This is important because the human brain has a natural tendency to place greater emphasis on problems, so if nothing is done, it will end up overlooking all the good things that happened to it. Giving thanks is fantastic, because it broadens your perception of all that is good. 4 – LEAVE GUILT AND JUDGMENTS AWAY Blaming yourself or judging yourself when reflecting on the experiences you've lived won't help you grow, on the contrary, it will create limiting ideas that could compromise your development. In that sense, always keep in mind that you are a human being, that making mistakes is part of the evolution process, and that is not an excuse for you not to do your best, but a statement of reality. 5 – MAKE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS A detail to be considered in your reflections is the way in which you will expose these ideas to yourself, as it is essential that you adopt a positive attitude, which encourages you to value the good side of things. That way, instead of moaning about a problem, tell yourself that no matter how challenging it seems, you know you have what it takes to solve it. Remember that it's not what goes into your mouth that defiles you, it's the words that come out of it. 6 – IDENTIFY YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS Whenever a negative thought invades your mind, during reflection or at any other time, stop and ask yourself the origin of it, as there are great chances that it is a limiting belief. Doing this is necessary because, many times, we just repeat things we hear without stopping to identify the true reason for it, allowing these ideas to compromise our development. 7 – REMEMBER YOUR TRUE NATURE Lastly, it is very important that you always remember your true nature, what is within you. Leaving aside titles and possessions, to focus on who you are at your core. Thus, when you identify your true self, in a pure way, you will know that you are free of limitations, that you can build the reality you want, always being faithful to your principles and values. Adopting the habit of reflecting and maintaining an internal dialogue will allow you to live more consciously, opening doors for you to create the reality in which you want to live. I hope this ambient music can help you get into a deep state of reflection and meditation. Copyright © acepe. All rights reserved.

Rome, the capital of Italy, is a city with a rich and fascinating history that dates back over 2,500 years. It is known for its ancient ruins, iconic architecture, Renaissance art and vibrant lifestyle. Rome is one of the most visited cities in the world, attracting millions of tourists every year. One of Rome's top attractions is the Colosseum, an ancient Roman amphitheater that is an iconic symbol of the city. Built in the 1st century AD, the Colosseum was used for sporting events and public spectacles, including gladiator fights. Nowadays, it is one of the most popular places to visit in Rome, offering visitors a fascinating insight into the history of ancient Rome. Another highlight in Rome is the Vatican City, the smallest sovereign state in the world and the spiritual center of the Catholic Church. It houses St. Peter's Basilica, one of the most important churches in Christianity, known for its magnificent architecture and works of art, including Michelangelo's famous sculpture "Pietà". The Sistine Chapel, with its remarkable frescoes painted by Michelangelo and other renowned artists, is also located in Vatican City. In addition to these famous sights, Rome is full of historic squares, such as Piazza Navona, with its beautiful fountains and baroque architecture, and Piazza di Spagna, home to the famous Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain, one of the most famous fountains in the world, is also a must-see destination, where visitors drop coins into the water to make a wish. Roman gastronomy is internationally renowned, offering delicious dishes such as fresh pasta, pizza, gelato and espresso. Exploring Rome's neighborhoods such as Trastevere is an opportunity to experience authentic Italian cuisine and enjoy the city's lively nightlife. Rome is a city that perfectly combines historical heritage with modern life. Walking along the cobbled streets, you can find Roman ruins, Renaissance churches, Baroque palaces and lively contemporary neighborhoods. The city is also home to a variety of important museums, such as the Vatican Museums, which display a vast collection of art and antiquities. In short, Rome is a charming and captivating city, where history comes alive around every corner. Whether exploring the ancient ruins, visiting the masterpieces of Renaissance art or simply getting lost in the charming streets of the city, Rome offers a unique and unforgettable experience.

Lyre / Lyra Harp description: The Lyra was one of the most important and well-known stringed instruments of Greek Antiquity. It originally came from Thrace and was related to the cult of Apollo. It had a nice sound and color but limited sound and volume, hence its performance was restricted to rather small chambers (an equivalent of our chamber music). The soundboard of the instrument was originally made of tortoise shell, which was later replaced with wooden replicas. A membrane made of cow skin covered the soundboard and contributed to its particular sound. The Lyra had many variations in size and string number (from 3-12 strings, with 7 strings being considered the ideal choice). The instrument was played with the finger- tips and the plectrum as well. The Lyra was very popular among amateur musicians (unlike the Kithara, which was considered a professional instrument). The CAF S / 300 (also known as MA300 and MB400) is a semi-permanent ordinary gauge metropolitan train built by Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) and in operation on the Roman underground (lines A and B) The trains were purchased in two series: the first in 2005 by Met.Ro. (an acronym for Metropolitana di Roma), later merged into ATAC, and the second in 2014 by ATAC (Azienda Tramvie e Autobus del Comune - an Italian public transport company wholly owned by Roma Capitale). The Rome Metro (Italian: Metropolitana di Roma) is a rapid transit system that operates in Rome, Italy. It started operation in 1955, making it the oldest in the country. The Metro comprises three lines – A (orange), B (blue) and C (green) – which operate on 60 km (37 mi) of route, serving 73 stations. The original lines in the system, lines A and B, form an X shape with the lines intersecting at Termini station, the main train station in Rome. Line B splits at the Bologna station into two branches. The third line opened in 2014 and connects to the rest of the system through an interchange with Line A at San Giovanni. Rome's local transport provider, ATAC, operates the Metro and several other rail services: the Roma–Lido line, the Roma–Giardinetti line, and the Roma–Nord line. The first of these, the Roma–Lido, which connects Rome to Ostia, on the sea, is effectively part of the Metro network, since it runs on similar lines and uses rolling stock similar to that in service on the Metro.
